Where do you ship to?
We’re happy to say we ship worldwide! No matter where you live, we’ll get your colorful gifts to your doorstep.
When will my order ship?
Your order ships within 1–3 business days after purchase.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Delivery times vary depending on your location
NL: 1-2 days
EU: 3-4 days
UK: 4-5 days
USA/CANADA: 2-3 weeks
AUSTRALIA: 2-3 weeks
Can I expedite my shipping?
Unfortunately we don’t offer expedited shipping at this time. International express rates are very high, so we currently ship all orders using our standard service.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the weight of your order and where you live. We do offer free shipping on all orders above €50.
My package was marked as delivered, but never arrived?
Please reach out to us at info@studiosoph.nl if you are experiencing any problems with your order delivery.
Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We typically do not accept returns or exchanges, however, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
